Scott Martin enlisted in the United States Army in 1983. After training at Fort Dix, he completed advanced radio communications repair training at Fort Sill and held a top-secret security clearance while working with military communications equipment.
Following active-duty service, Scott returned to Nebraska and completed the remainder of his six-year commitment in the National Guard. He then built more than three decades of hands-on experience as a contractor, manager and business operator.
Before launching RACK'D, Scott spent years studying beef cuts, processing, packaging and distribution. That work became the foundation for a straightforward product and a veteran-owned brand built around preparation and execution.
